What We Can Help With

Payment & Billing Questions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you have a question about a specific charge, please email us with the date and amount, and we'll help you sort it out. For your security, never send full card numbers by email — we don't need them, and Stripe handles all payment details directly.

Refunds & Disputes

If you believe there's an error with a payment, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it quickly. We'll review eligible requests and process any approved refunds through Stripe to the original payment method.
